Q: Do you allow half-day rentals?

A: Yes, you can rent  from 1 to 5pm or from 12 noon to 5pm.
     For further details please contact our Office.
 
Q: Do you permit the renter to install specific software on the machines and 
     configure them?
A: Absolutely, you can install & configure the systems to meet your needs at no extra 
    charge.
 
Q: Do you require the renter to use on the staff PC software installation specialists?
A: It is not required but is available to you billed at $140/hr.
 
Q: Do you have a central file server that can be configured for shared data or
     configured with a personal folder for each PC for rapid configuration?
A: Yes, Central file server usage is included.
 
Q: If the renter does an installation, is the install wiped off and how often are the hard
     drives re-imaged?
A: All installations are wiped off. All hard drives are re-imaged the next time the room is
     rented.
 
Q: Do you have any catering fees and options available for breakfast, break times &
     lunch?
A: We do provide complimentary snacks, beverages and fresh baked cookies.  Catering
    coordination also available.
 
Q: Do you have lunch space and options available outside the classrooms?
A: Yes we have a break area for meals ordered in, or you can utilize the building delis' or     restaurants all within a 1 to 2 mile radius premises.
 
Q: What visual aids are provided by Silotech Group ?
A: A Projector for wide screen viewing of computer generated or CD
    presentation. Whiteboards, overhead projectors and flip chart kits. 
 
Q: Does the facility provide free parking for clients?
A: All clients of Silotech Group are provided with free garage parking.
