Silotech Group Appoints Jim Enicks as President

Veteran Defense Executive Joins Silotech to Scale Advanced Technology and Modernization Capabilities Supporting National Security Missions

SAN ANTONIO, TX — April 2026 — Silotech Group, Inc., a service-disabled veteran-owned technology company at the forefront of cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and federal modernization, today announced the appointment of Jim Enicks as President. Enicks joins as Silotech accelerates delivery of next-generation technology capabilities to the Department of War and federal agencies.

Enicks brings more than three decades of leadership across the U.S. Army and government contracting industry. Most recently, he served as Chief Growth Officer of Boston Government Services, LLC (BGS), driving enterprise growth strategy across federal technology and national security programs. 

His prior executive leadership includes President and CEO roles across multiple industry companies, giving him direct experience scaling complex mission-critical programs from strategy through execution. He served 25+ years in the U.S. Army, including assignments with the 101st Airborne (Air Assault), The Pentagon Joint Staff J6, and U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM), with deployments supporting Desert SHIELD/STORM, Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF), and Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) Afghanistan. 

Enicks holds multiple degrees from Indiana State University and Central Michigan University in Business Strategy, Management, Finance, and Operations.
